ERGO Consultancy continues BTCC sponsorship

Ergo Consultancy is delighted to continue the support of Bobby Thompson #BT19 in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) in an association which is now in its 5th year.

The 2022 season was both Bobby and the team’s most successful season ever, not only winning the coveted Jack Sears Trophy, but also finishing 3rd overall in the BTCC Independent Drivers table.

The BTCC ranks among the most watched Motorsport on the globe alongside F1 and NASCAR. Motorsport at this high level is all about teamwork, attention to detail, cutting edge technology and discipline and managing those diverse elements to deliver the highest possible levels of performance without taking unnecessary risks.

David Berney of Ergo Consultancy said ‘The attributes required in a successful BTCC team align completely with what Ergo delivers in the Hedge Fund and Asset Manager trading and execution space, which is why we are delighted to be involved with Bobby and the Autobrite Direct Team Hard car again in 2023”.

Bobby has proved to be capable of running at the front of the BTCC pack in a variety of cars and we have our sights firmly set on winning the independent title this year with the Autobrite Direct Team Hard Seat Cupra.
