Our overarching philosophy can be summarised as ‘do it once, do it right’
 
Our focus and commitment is to improve all clients’ trading and execution outcomes and to deliver solutions fully aligned with clients’ mid to long term business and operational strategies.
 
As a nimble, niche consultancy our specialised focus is improving the effectiveness of trading and execution desks through structural change and the introduction of the latest trading technologies to aid execution quality and robust regulatory compliance.
 
We typically work with customers in one of two ways:

• One-off consultancy project to address a particular aspect of current structure e.g., OMS/EMS service selection or Best Execution health checks. (These ad hoc projects often lead to longer-term engagement.)
• Retained external resource contracted for a defined number of days per month to work on an ongoing basis on specific workflow/process challenges defined by business management/heads of trading including advisers to the best execution committee

 
Our transparent solution and vendor-agnostic policy with no internal sales incentives leaves us free to concentrate on our core objectives, ​and enables us to provide impartial, open and honest feedback (even when it is unwelcome).
