OPMI is an Ergo Consultancy service born out of a desire to help providers of Outsourced Services in the Front, Middle and Back Office spaces to better meet the requirements of Hedge Funds and Asset Managers.
Using extensive knowledge gained via our multiple client engagements we help Outsourced Providers to position their offerings to be of most value and relevance to clients.
Each OPMI conversation is as bespoke and individual as the Outsourcer taking it and centres around a monthly one-hour call during which we will discuss both the Outsourcing Landscape generally and your firms’ strengths, weaknesses and future roadmap in detail.
The multiple aims of this product include keeping Outsourcers up to date with what is happening in the wider market, which is aided by the weekly curated news flow which we produce, which arrives in your inbox weekly with direct links to the underlying articles for you to be able to read wherever and whenever it suits you.
We also introduce topics on a monthly basis based on the latest we are hearing when talking to Fund Managers, Regulators or the compliance professionals we are subject matter experts for.
